Dear Customer,
Let us start by saying thank you for choosing “Hotel Karagianni” for your stay and your vacations. Normally this book would be in your room, but due to the new COVID-19 rules you can read it it online.
Below you will find useful information – alphabetically – for our facility and services that will make your stay more pleasant.
ACTIVITIES – ENTERTAINMENT
On the announcement board near the reception and on the announcement board in the first floor, you can find a full timetable for everyday activities.
AMENITIES – TOWELS
The use of the rooms white towels is not allowed outside the room. Should any of them go missing, or destroyed, they will be charged at the customers account.
BIRTHDAYS – ANNIVERSARIES
If you have any special requests for your special occasion, please inform the reception and we will try to fulfiλ your wishes in full.
BREAKDOWNS
If something in your room is not working, please inform the reception. If possible, it will be fixed at the same day. We do hope for your understanding for problems that are of technical nature and a technician is not available at the same day.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast buffet is served 8:00 to 10:00 in low season and 7:00 to 10:00 in high season. Should you require breakfast in your room please inform the reception.
BUS
You can find Information about bus routes at the hotel lobby and the announcement boards.
CAR RENTAL
Please ask at the reception
CLEANING
If you need us to make up your room please hang the sign «Make up my room» by 12:00 on the door handle outside your room.
DEPARTURE
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11:00. In case you need to depart later please inform the reception at least a day before. You can extend your checkout to 18:00 at an extra cost depending on availability.
«DO NOT DISTURB»
In case you do not want to be disturbed, find the «Do Not Disturb» sign and hang it at the outer handle of your door.
DOCTOR
The hotel cooperates with a pathologist, which can come to your room if you request it.
FIELD TRIPS
On the announcement boards of the hotel you can find any information regarding day trips
FIRE
As our hotel is surrounded by trees there is always the risk of a fire, especially in the summer. Though we do have a great detection system, should you see smoke or fire, please inform the reception immediately.
In case of a fire please do not panic, follow the safety instructions and go to a safe area outside.
FIRST AID
In case of an emergency please contact the reception immediately
FLORIST
You can order flower bouquets for your special occasion at the reception. Delivery is same day, or you can preorder them for delivery on a specific date and time.
FOOD – DRINKS
The hotel uses HACCP certification system. All the food and drinks are known labeled products from certified companies.
HEATING – AIR CONDITIONING
All our rooms have individual heating and air conditioning system with their own remote control. In order to operate the system all doors must be closed.
INTERNET
Free internet is provided for our clients in the common areas of the hotel (WIFI / WLAN). You can access it by choosing «Hotel Lobby» or «Hotel Floor» or «Hotel 2nd Floor» with password 2421088282 (Hotel’s telephone number).
KITCHEN
In the 2nd floor of our hotel there is a kitchen equipped with all the basics, for common use. If you decide to use it, please clean up after yourselves. Think of the rest of the guests
LOST ITEMS
In case you lost something, please call the reception immediately. The hotel bares no responsibility for items lost inside the rooms or in the common areas.
LUGGAGE
Please contact the reception and we will make arrangements for the transport and safe storage.
MARKETS
There are two on the main road. There you can find a variety of cosmetics, souvenirs, games, newspapers, dairy, wine, spirits and more.
MASSAGE
You can ask at the reception for a private masseur and chiropractic.
MENU
In your room you can find a menu from which you can order, by calling the reception.
MESSAGES
If you have any messages, we will deliver them to your room.
PARKING
You can park your car in the designated hotel parking, or public parking spots across the hotel, or along the road. Please don’t block the road though and be aware that there is traffic and buses coming through this road.
Please secure your cars and don’t leave valuables inside.
The hotel carries no responsibility for accidents in the parking, damages, or theft.
PILLOWS
If you would like more, or different kind of pillows please call the reception.
QUIET HOURS
Please obey the quiet hours, which are 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00.
REFRIDGERATOR
In every room there is a refrigerator. The use of it, is free of charge.
ROOM SERVICE
Room service is available 08:30 to 23:00
SMOKING
Please be informed that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
SUGGESTIONS
Please fill in the questionerre in your room. We will be happy to read your suggestions and your problems if you had any. The day of your departure please leave it at your room or by the reception.
SUNBEDS – UMBRELLAS
Sun-beds and umbrellas are provided by the cafe’s at the beach and they are free when you order something from them.

TOWELS
Please have the environment in mind. Think of how many tons of towels are being washed every day and the amount of water and detergent that is spent. So, you have to decide. Towels in the bathtub means I need new ones. Towels hanged means I will reuse them and protect the environment a small step at a time.

Please adjust the volume of your tv so that you don’t disturb others.
WAKE UP CALL
If you require a wake up call please inform the reception.
WATER
The water in the rooms is coming through the city’s water system and it is fresh.
